The Heat is On

The heading sounds like the title of a song…hey and I like that song too!!

This post is about Lois Lerner and Eric Holder because the latest revelations mean that Eric Holder and his Justice Department are in big doo doo. It has been decided that Lois Lerner should face criminal prosecution. The case has been sent to the Justice Department. However, it has been revealed that the Justice Department was working in cahoots with Lerner in an effort to prosecute conservative groups for what is claimed to be lies. This attempted action smacks of anti-liberty and it flies in the face of the right to free speech. (In my view, the political activity of those groups is entirely based upon the right to the freedom of speech).

Breitbart has an item regarding the meltdown of Eric Holder when he last appeared before Congress. Eric Holder is facing a contempt of Congress charge, and what I do not understand is why the Congress have not proceeded any further with the charge. The article is worth a read. Here is an excerpt from the article:

And Eric Holder has much to hide.

Holder is at the center of one of the most serious scandals of the Obama administration, “Operation Fast and Furious,” where weapons were allowed to “walk” across the border by our government and into the hands of Mexican drug cartel members. One of those weapons wound up at the crime scene of murdered Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, precipitating public outrage and congressional investigations. Countless Mexican citizens, by Holder’s own admission, will also be shot and killed by weapons supplied by his Justice Department’s gun-running operation.

Holder’s attempts to obstruct justice in the investigation of Fast and Furious were the reason for the attorney general’s contempt citation and for his embarrassing exchange with Rep. Gohmert. (Holder continued his political haranguing at a conference run by the infamous race-hustler Al Sharpton the day after his testimony.)

As Rep. Gohmert pointed out, if Holder had any respect at all for the institution of Congress, or any sincere regret over the contempt citation, he would begin cooperating and release the records that will help us to unravel one of the most shameful chapters of Holder’s tenure.

But he won’t. Because he can’t. To release those records is to prove his guilt. He knows it. We know it. Congress knows it. And so does the president, who made a desperate effort to protect Holder by claiming Fast and Furious records were protected by executive privilege, which they are not.

Which scandal will bring about impeachment?

The reality is that Barry Soetoro is embroiled in a series of scandals, not just one, that have the potential to bring about impeachment proceedings. In each case it is the lies and the cover-up that is important. The Republican Congressman Chaffetz is probably the most keen to consider impeachment over the stonewalling regarding the Al Qaeda attack at Benghazi. I do think that by the end of his investigations he will be even more keen to see the impeachment process put in place. Yet there are other scandals, each with their own importance and each of them attacks the very freedoms that are gained from the U.S. Constitution.

1. The attack on the First Amendment. The reality of the scandals that indicate attacks on the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution is only just beginning to hit. There are at least three scandals involved:

– IRS harassment of conservative groups

– the collection of AP records via DoJ

– the attack on Fox News and in particular James Rosen also via DoJ.

I have no doubt that this list will increase in the coming days as more and more things come to light. It is early days where each scandal is concerned.  The IRS one has some legs with so many lies being told that it seems obvious that the instigator of the harassment was in fact POTUS. The smoking gun has to be in the White House logs… and no I do not believe the story about the forum being the reason that the head of the union was at the White House. The log actually indicates that she was there for a meeting with POTUS. (developing)

2. The attack on the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution

– Fast and Furious which is still being investigated and there continues to be a situatin where Eric Holder is in contempt of Congress and the White House refuses to hand over documents relating to that matter claiming executive privilege. At this stage I am willing to state that Barry Soetoro was aware of Fast and Furious and that he was the instigator because he wants to be able to ban guns.  I have no doubt that Eric Holder is in collusion with Barry on this subject.

3. Benghazi. I cannot properly classify this one, but I see it as tied up with the attack upon the First Amendment. My reasoning is based upon the attitude of Muslims with regard to the Freedom of Speech…. but that is only one very small portion of this particular subject. Benghazi is a multi-part scandal because there are many issues to take into account including talk of gun running (this is not proved). The real scandal is of course the cover-up and there is where the free speech component surfaces, because of the false claims that a third rate short documentary was somehow to blame for what took place. The person who was responsible for the documentary is in jail, allegedly because of parole violations. Yet, it goes deeper because this is also an attempt to stop anyone criticizing Islam. The speeches of Barry Soetoro to the UN on the subject is ample evidence that this story is about anti-free speech motives.

Now I am one who supported the people of Libya as they fought to free themselves from the yoke of Gadhafi. It did not bother me that some of those fighting were Islamists. What Gadhafi had done through the years was sufficient reason to not support him in any way. I will continue to point out that the Libyan government is elected and it is not run by Islamists (even though Islamists are trying to get control). There are lots of issues remaining in Libya and the situation remains fluid. What I want to point out is that those governing Libya were not responsible for the Al Qaeda attack upon the US consulate. I will also point out that the Libyans would have been more cooperative if it had not been for the amateurish stuff ups that followed the attack including Susan Rice going on TV and contradicting President Mogharief of Libya. She caused him to lose face in Libya and abroad because of the contradiction.  I do not support the Islamists in Libya and I believe that those responsible for the continuing violence in that country, especially in Benghazi need to feel the full force of the Libyan law. However, that is a Libyan internal matter and is not necessarily related to the AQ attack.

The real issue is the cover-up and the refusal to acknowledge that Al Qaeda is not in demise as proclaimed. There has been a refusal to acknowledge terrorism in the USA and that has led to the harming of the survivors of the Ft Hood jihadi attack by Hussein Nidal. It also led to the refusal of the FBI to take warnings about the Tsarnaev brothers seriously, even though it did not stop the FBI doing surveillance on a journalist by the name of James Rosen who was just doing his job.

4. This leads me to the AP scandal again because it is one that is developing legs since it was first revealed. Once again I see this in terms of an attack upon free speech.

At least 3 of these scandals are tied to the Supreme Court decision in the Citizens United case. From that point of view, I can see that there is an overkill, an overreaction in regard to that decision. In that decision, certain things were struck down that affected to a very small extent campaign donations.  What it did not do was to make it easier for corporations to donate to political parties or individuals. Neither did that case make it easy for overseas individuals to donate to political figures. In fact Barry Soetoro has been guilty of accepting those oversease donations (yet another scandal) and hiding the information via bundling. The parts of McCain-Feingold that specifically stayed in place were those parts that forbid foreign donations. The case itself dealt with the chilling of free speech, and this was something brought out in the opinion of Clarence Thomas. It was an issue that 5 of the justices took seriously. For this they were attacked by Barry Soetoro.

Each and every one of these particular scandals could lead to impeachment. We just have to see what develops because in each instance there has been intimidation of individuals that has been in place to stop them talking. It is not just Gregory Hicks who has complained about such intimidation.

A few names keep springing up in regard to these matters. One of them is Lois Lerner, another is Cheryl Mills who is a close associate of Hillary Clinton.  The name of Cheryl Mills keeps cropping up as underlings in the State Department have been “punished” and without just cause.

Developing story – North Korea and reporter Rosen

Breitbart News is reporting about the uproar over the Justice Department targeting 3 Fox News Staffers. Two were targeted because of the Fast and Furious scandal but the other, Rosen was targeted because of his report about North Korea’s possible reaction to further UN sanctions.

This is a developing story and from what I can see the investigation is a true chilling of the freedom of the press and the right to free speech.

The other person in the middle of this developing story is Jin Woo-Kim who is facing serious charges relating to what is being called leaks.

I guess it does not matter that North Korea has reacted in precisely the way that was described by Rosen. Yet again we see a White House Administration that does not want to face facts and constantly responds to crisis in an inappropriate way.

Hot Air is also covering this story about the lengths to which the DoJ has gone in order to chill the freedom of the press.

Despite what some think, White House Pool reporters had some very angry questions for Carney during the daily briefing. Two reporters, Major Garrett from CBS and Jonathon Karl of ABC asked some rather angry questions. Another unnamed reported asked what Carney said was a hypothetical and he refused to answer the question.

This story is developing legs because it goes to the heart of what reporters do when they report the news. James Rosen did nothing wrong yet the White House via the DoJ has treated him as if he was a criminal. At the same time I do not believe that the contractor did anything wrong. The information, by the way, has been proved to be correct. North Korea has reacted in that exact way and the White House wants to continue burying its collective head in the sand, ignoring the realities of the situation.

(note: I long for the days of the Nixon Administration because President Nixon was very good when it came to Foreign Affairs. It was Nixon who gained the trust of Mao Tse Tung, which is a very big achievement because that contact led to the opening up of China. He got pilloried over Vietnam yet Nixon actually had to make decisions that went against his own religious convictions, and he was not afraid to make those decisions. He was far more decisive than most people recognize. What is more, I have since learned that Nixon was going to be impeached for ATTEMPTING to use the IRS against his enemies. His attempts were unsuccessful, and that makes it hard for me to comprehend why Nixon is condemned when Barry Soetoro is getting away with what is now the most chilling White House Administration in the history of the United States of America.)

Sharyl Attkisson has also mentioned that her computers were compromised. It appears that someone or an entity did an illegal search of her computers. She has not named names… but stand by for further explosive information over this matter.

Hot Air has a post regarding the thoughts of three reporters, including Brit Hume and Kirsten Powers. The comments by Kirsten Powers ( Fox News reporter with liberal leanings) are a must read. I continue to be amazed over the statements being made by Powers and it is not the first time that I have been full of admiration for what she has to say. I note that Powers was the one who had some critical comments to make over the way in which the LSM failed to report on the Gosnell murders and crimes.

Fast and Furious – Holder held in contempt of Congress – NIXON!!

The Fast and Furious saga has entered a new phase. The House of Representatives in the Congress has voted against Eric Holder, holding that he is in contempt of Congress because he failed to hand over 15,000 documents relating to Fast and Furious.

Whilst I am not going to rehash the whole saga, even though I am sympathetic to the families of those who have died as a result of Fast and Furious, I am going to bring up the other aspect of why this is important – IT IS THE COVER UP STUPID!!

Sufficient evidence has now been provided that Eric Holder knew about Fast and Furious and that he agreed to the operation. I think that there is also evidence that those within the White House were in on the decision making. I can think of no other reason for creepy POTUS to have invoked executive privilege in this matter. If anything the invoking of executive privilege in this instance points the finger directly at Østupid, and that he was in fact the one that gave the operation the “go ahead”.

I agree with those who have stated that they believe that the Administration wanted to use Operation as the means to curtail the 2nd Amendment. I note the various attempts of the Dimcrats to introduce legislation that would in fact impact upon the right to own a firearm, especially their attempts after someone decided to highlight the case involving the shooting of a thug named Traydemark Martin by George Zimmerman. They will try to use any situation to bring about their goal.

Also, the excuse that “Bush did it” does not hold water. That operation under the Bush Administration was done in conjunction with the Mexican government, and from what I understand it was successful. The guns did not end up in the hands of the cartels, and hundreds of Mexicans were not killed by those guns that crossed the border in that operation.

However, it is not just about Fast and Furious. There is another operation where guns crossed the border into the Honduras. Maybe more needs to be researched on that particular operation and its outcome in light of the events that took place in the Honduras in 2009.

Invoking executive privilege makes some pundits look again

The Daily Caller has an article on the left wing (although they call him moderate) David Brooks that indicates Mr. Brooks has been taking a second look at the POTUS without the rose coloured glasses. The money quote from Brooks is the following:

“I think politically it’s stupid, because it is one thing if you’re invoking  executive privilege over some national security issue. This is a policy  everybody admits was profoundly stupid. Why are you not saying, ‘OK, this was a  stupid policy, let’s get it out there and let’s figure out how it came about.’”

This is interesting because David Brooks had been one of many who had been completely in the tank for the stupid one. It is a real turnaround.

Perhaps the invoking of executive privilege in this instance has woken up a few people who had been willing to sweep Fast and Furious under the carpet. From my point of view as a foreigner, in this instance the invoking of executive privilege actually suggests that the POTUS was in fact behind the disastrous scheme, and that it is not only Eric Holder who has been caught out in a web of lies.

Fast and Furious – the Congressional “testimony”

One woman from CBS has taken the lead in exposing Fast and Furious. It has now emerged that the purpose of Fast and Furious was a cover to push for the revoking of your Second Amendment. Of course this in itself is untenable. The question now is whether or not this can be tied to the White House, and in particular “the occupant” of the White House. To be sure he has been trying to work under the radar in order to force through legislation that will remove your gun rights.

The testimony of Eric Holder before the Congress has once again been theatre. The video of Holder responding to some of the questioning has shown a man who is feeling the heat, and I have to say he is a man who is clearly lying about what he knows, and when he knew it.

One person who gave a strong questioning performance was a Congresswoman who is a former FBI agent, by the name of Sandy Adams from Florida. Man, she was good. She really did some hitting below the belt and she was not taking any of the “proverbial” from Holder. He tried to avoid giving straight answers and she was having none of it. Her questions were very direct…. and Holder squirmed.

A new phase of this saga is opening up before us, and I think that unless Holder hands over his emails, that Issa will push a lot harder to get at the truth. For the first time “Impeachment” was mentioned. If Holder does not resign, then he could face impeachment in the near future. If that happens, I think that there are going to be fingers pointing to the White House.

Holder and Østupid have put their foot in it with their denials. Østupid has made statements that actually implicate Holder, and those statements, when examined closely will implicate Østupid as being the one who instigated the operation in the first place.

You can read some information at Hot Air. I will put up further links when I find some new ones.

There is another very good write-up and summary at Pajamas Media.

The Daily Caller has an excellent article on the Holder testimony before Congress. It details how Sandy Adams got Holder to admit that he emailed Lanny Breuer via his personal email account. The issue here is that none of the emails that have been handed over have Holder’s name on them. The Republicans are not being fooled by the stonewalling effort.

Speculation time: do you think it is possible that in the personal emails that are being withheld that Holder had been in contact with Østupid? I am raising this as a possibility because the stonewalling seems to indicate that Holder could be protecting more than himself. I honestly think that Fast and Furious was an idea that came out of the White House.

More on Operation Fast and Furious from American Thinker

This is one of the best articles that I have seen on the subject of what happened. It actually goes a lot further than the articles on Big Government because it has revealed an even bigger cover up. Eric Holder is one of the most rotten individuals ever to hold the position of Attorney General. He is an absolute disgrace, and I am shocked that the Congress approved his appointment to the position for a second time. There needs to be one very big investigation into the matters relating both to the dismissal of the New Black Panther Party case and the failed operation known as Fast and Furious.

The stonewalling in the case has been at several levels. All along there has been a failure to cooperate with the Congress, that is until Mr. Melson appeared before the committee and gave his evidence. You see, the Justice Department intended to use Melson as the fall guy. The story is extremely grubby, and after reading this report I have no doubt in my mind that the people responsible for ordering this operation in the first place are in the White House and that the orders came from the Oval Office.

In a nutshell, the person who is investigating the matter for the Justice Department is not independent of the Justice Department. She is the acting Auditor-General, Schadner and look behind the curtain, what do you find? Schnedar had a very close relationship with Eric Holder, to the point of having prepared briefs with him on several court cases. She is not independent of Eric Holder.

What is worse is that Holder is attempting to cover up by referring to this internal investigation that is being done by someone who has a close association with him, as does Østupid. The pair seem to think that all they have to do is to keep mentioning an investigation that iteself is going nowhere and is being used as yet another tool for stonewalling.

As further evidence that Eric Holder and Østupid are implicated is the fact that Michael Horowitz, an associate of both Holder and Eddie Breuer has been appointed as the Inspector-General. There is no independence between the Justice Department and the Inspector-General because of these political appointments and the fact that they are people so closely associated with Eric Holder.

The Justice Department is totally on the nose. I cannot remember hearing these stories even when Clinton was in charge, and it seems to me that the department is much smellier than it was at that time. Eric Holder made some outrageous decisions when Clinton was President, and it led to Marc Rich, a Dem donor being pardoned for his crimes, as well as members of the FALN being pardoned for their crimes. Holder is totally corrupt, but he has been untouchable for a very long time.

Please read the article at the American Thinker for yourself, and then start putting all of the pieces together. The road is clearly leading to one person who gave the orders for this operation in the first place. The buck does not stop at Eric Holder.

Eric Holder, Dan Rather, and Lee Harvey Oswald

From the same article at, there is yet more damning evidence against Eric holder. You might wonder about my heading. Why did I bring up both Dan Rather and Lee Harvey Oswald? The short answer is Cuba.

I am well aware of the conspiracy theories regarding the death of JFK. I was under 10 years old when he was assassinated, yet I clearly remember the announcement on the radio, as well as watching some of the funeral procession on the TV. I always remained a bit of a fan of Jackie O, and I consider her to be the real fashion icon because she was always well-groomed, plus she was a stickler with the protocol. (did you hear that Moo Belle?). Regardless of those theories, I do in fact believe that Oswald was the one who killed Kennedy, not on the order of the Russians, but on the order of Fidel Castro.

The link, I believe is the New York bomb plot that occurred after the Bay of Pigs fiasco. Some of the plotters belonged to the Fair Play for Cuba Committee. Lee Harvey Oswald also belonged to the same group. What you might not know is that the FBI identified the group as a Fidel Castro sponsored front. One of the other members, Alan Sagner, was appointed by President Bill Clinton to be the head of PBS.

The Cuban, Humberto Fontova also spoke at the conference, and he spoke about another case, that of Elian Gonzalez, whose mother drowned in the attempt to escape from Cuba, and whose father was under surveillance by Castro goons, and who was dragged from the home of his relatives at gunpoint, courtesy of Janet Reno. Dan Rather made sure that the cameras did not show the men who had accompanied Elian’s father. They were kept off camera and Rather said nothing about the fact that Juan Miguel Gonzalez was kept under close supervision by these goons when he was reunited with his son.

The coincidence does not stop, because Holder was behind the seizing of Elian Gonzalez. This also opens up another issue relating to the case of Ana Montes, and that of Fulton Armstrong. It also points a finger at John Kerry. (the USA dodged a real bullet when he failed to be elected President.)

Building a strong case against Eric Holder

If ever a man deserved to be called sleazy and a scumbag, then Eric Holder is the man. James Simpson from reports on the conference sponsored by Eric Kincaid. There is an incredible amount of detail and there is no doubt in my mind that Eric Holder should be forced to resign as Attorney General. Some of the information relates to old material (and I have been aware of some of the things brought up regarding Holder). The evidence against Holder is very strong. He should be in prison.

The old material includes Holder’s involvement with the pardon given to the sleazebag Marc Rich. However, that one is the tip of the iceberg in my opinion, because it is the other pardons and releases that he worked towards that are very alarming. The most recent of those releases involved the former Weather Underground terrorist, the late Marilyn Buck (at least she really did have cancer and she died as a result of her cancer not long after her release). However, it is the ties to terrorism that are of real interest.

When Eric Holder was the Attorney General under President Bill Clinton, he worked at releasing a number of terrorists and he has done the same under Østupid. Incredibly, the link between these Presidents and the releases, is that the people released belonged to the Weather Underground. What is the connection? He also worked at releasing members of the terrorist organization FALN. Again, what is the connection?

Rather than posting the significant amount of detail that is available from this one conference on Eric Holder, I ask that you click the link and read it for yourself. I will offer a small snippet of the case regarding Holder’s corruption:

Holder obtained these pardons over the vehement objections of career Justice Department officials, federal, state and local law enforcement. He didn’t even ask the victims. He was also instrumental in Clinton’s pardon of Bill Ayers’ Weather Underground terrorist buddies, Susan Rosenberg and Linda Evans, and corrupt billionaire Marc Rich – indicted for the largest tax fraud case in history. As Attorney General for President Obama, he commuted the sentence of Weather Underground/Black Liberation Army member, Marilyn Buck, as well as seeing to the early release of FALN co-founder, Carlos Torres.

When questioned by the U.S. Senate about the FALN terrorists’ release, Holder claimed to know little about the group, but told Senators that he knew enough to recommend their pardon anyway. As Kolb’s report reveals, however, Holder knew a lot. In fact it is not a stretch to say that He was literally obsessed with the release of the FALN and Weather Underground prisoners.

Now, if you add to this list the way in which he worked to get the Black Panther case dismissed, and he probably had something to do with the burying of the information on John Doe #3 in regard to the Oklahoma City bombing, one has to seriously question Eric Holder’s loyalties. The fact that he was chosen by Østupid to be his Attorney General is very telling. It leaves open the question of whether or not Østupid has directed Holder in regard to the Black Panther case, as well as what might have been directed about project Fast and Furious.

It is the obvious relationship to Bill Ayers and the Weather Underground that really sticks out like a sore thumb. It is a very strong relationship, and I think that there should be a lot more questions being asked.

It is not just Holder who has the relationship with the Weather Underground. There is a link between Ann Dunham, Peter Geithner, Timothy Geithner, Østupid, and William Ayers plus Bernadine Dorhn. It is called Chicago.  However, what if Østupid had come across Ayers and Dorhn when he first went to New York? What if he had indeed become a member of the Weather Underground? Also, what about Eric Holder? Was he a former member of the original Black Panthers? Why did he work so hard to get those convicted terrorists freed and pardoned?

I just saw how the whole thing gets even worse than I imagined: the mother of Carlos Torres, Alejandrina Torres, had been convicted along with her son, and she was released by Holder. Alejandrina Torres was given an award by the non-Christian United Church of Christ in Chicago (the one headed by the Muslim pretending to be a Christian, Jeremiah Wright). Hmm… there seems to be yet another strong connection between Jeremiah Wright, Eric Holder, Østupid and real terrorism (not the make-believe terrorism). I wonder when the LSM will discover these unsavoury connections. More to the point, when will the LSM care sufficiently about the USA to report the truth?

Noose tightens around Eric Holder’s neck

Ulsterman reports on the Darrell Issa Congressional hearings that are presently under way regarding Project Gunrunner.

The issue is the obstruction of justice by the Justice Department at the behest of Eric Holder. The subject of the inquiry is the sale of guns in 2009 that ended up in the hands of Mexican drugs cartels, and that were used against US law enforcement; it includes an inquiry into the death of agent Brian Terry who was killed by one of those guns.

During the first day of hearings the following phrases were mentioned: “cover-up”; “Watergate”; “Iran contra” with a table of real Constitutional scholars agreeing that the Regime’s DOJ was in violation of the right of Congress to make applicable requests for information.

Keep in mind that Eric Holder testified before Congress that he knew nothing of “Project Gunrunner”. If this was testimony under oath then you have the Bill Clinton situation that brought about Clinton’s impeachment in the Congress. This is a situation where it appears that perjury has been committed by an officer of the White House regime.

If ultimately it is proved that Eric Holder knew about Project Gunrunner and gave it the go ahead, on orders from someone higher up, then he will be gone because of that proven perjury (and it could not happen to a nicer, racist person).
